The coolest thing EVER!

July 21, 2009

Check out these thin floating wraps. I just got this one today … absolutely love it! I am thinking I’ll be ordering tons of these for my OWN house, but they might look cool in your house too. ;-)

The one I’m posting is 10×20. A great size … not too big, not too little, just the right size for a small accent wall. This one is going to replace 2 8×10′s, hung vertically, and it will be the perfect size.

Here is is from the front …

and the side … see the way it is lifted away from the wall?

and another side view.

In another news … I think it is time to have a portrait party in the St. Cloud area. It’s a great way to get some photos of your kiddo! If you are interested, email me and I’ll give you some information: jen.lessinger@gmail.com!

my twins are 5 months old. Crazy how fast time flies!

In honor of the passage of time, we did a quickie photo shoot. And I decided they needed to be stylin’, so I made some onesies for them. I saw this idea in a magazine and thought it was way too funny to pass up.

Presenting breakfast ala lessinger:

In other news, I have fixed the glitch on the “let’s shop” page to allow friends and family to view photos without creating an account. By all means, show off those cute kiddos and send the link (you can copy and paste the text from the “invite friends and family” link on your main page).

If you have any questions about ordering or want to see some more wall display ideas, send me an email!

Have a great week. :-)

everyone knows my theory that redheaded children are a tad bit naughtier than others (spoken from personal experience as well as the mama point of view) – but this little sweetheart totally proved me wrong. Such a good baby!

thanks for letting me take your pictures and i hope you are enjoying the the gallery, guys!

Photographick: Gorgeous pictures, her expressions and eyelashes are amazing. Thank you for sharing.

Steven: so cute and the pink tutu makes her look like its a cokatoo's feathers!

Debbi Tehrani: What an adorable baby! Your pictures are just beautiful, and I just love the look of your site and blog!

Aimee: I LOVE your photos! seriously... in front of that green wall... amazing.

actually, a quick post-&-hope-the-twins-sleep-because-mama-needs-some-zzzzzzzzzz’s.

but i wanted to mention a few things.

1) check out the website – i gave it a facelift (kinda’ like the changes you are seeing on the blog). jenlessingerphotography.com

2) if you are currently using the new shopping cart, there are some awesome features. once you are in, your “stuff” gets remembered. so if you like a photo, you can add it to your favorites or to your cart. very snappy stuff, that cart.

talk to you soon!

bummer, dude.

May 25, 2009

you might have noticed that all. of. my. beautiful. photos. are. gone.

I broke my blog. and i also broke my website, and my shopping cart. and the frustration nearly led me to break my computer – ha.

but i think i have it under control now. i was getting too big for my britches (even though i’m not sure what britches are … and i’m too big for them in multiple ways). at least i had most everything backed up.

so. i’m going to start blogging away again. i’m reposting the wall display ideas first, because several people have contacted me about them. i done made somethin’ useful!

And since I’m reposting this, let me add: if you have some ideas for a wall display and want me to mock it up, let me know. I’m going to build a little library of display ideas on the blog (assuming that I don’t break it on a regular basis and have no concept of how to retrieve my backed up files).
